The Phoenix boys' soccer team is going to take this down to the wire!

Despite suffering a 3-0 shutout at the hands at Mazama on Monday in Talent, the Pirates can still win the Skyline Conference title. PHS is 6-3 in conference play (6-3-2 overall) and can claim the Skyline with a win over Klamath Union on Thursday and either a loss or a tie by Hidden Valley (against arch-rival North Valley). The Mustangs are 6-2-1 in conference play.

Monday, visiting Mazama scored a goal in the first half and never let the Pirates catch up.
